Burun anatomik olarak yumuşak doku, kemik ve kıkırdak yapılarından oluşmaktadır. Bu yapıların kombine olarak meydana getirdikleri deformitelere burun deformitesi adı vermekteyiz. Burunda sorunları analiz ederken hastamızın belirttiği problemi beraberce değerlendirip çözüm seçeneklerini sunmamız bizim için çok önemlidir.
- Burundaki problemin analizinde üç boyutlu düşünmek ve adeta mimari bir yapının dizaynında olduğu gibi çok detaylı bir planlama gereklidir. Burun estetiğindeki en son gelişmeleri ve trend teknikleri doğallık çerçevesinde yansıtmak temel amacımız olmaktadır. Rinoplasti olarak adlandırılan burun estetiği operasyonu burnun şekillendirme ameliyatıdır.
- Amaç burunda belirgin olan deformitelerin hastanın isteği ve objektif kriterler doğrultusunda giderilip, buruna güzel ve yüze uyumlu bir görünüş kazandırmaktır. Bu operasyon burun ucu kaldırılmasından, burnun kemik ve kıkırdak yapılarının beraber şekillendirilmesine kadar giden bir spektrum içinde ele alınır. Bayanlarda 17, erkeklerde ise 18 yaşından itibaren uygulanabilir. Ameliyat genelde 1.5 – 2 saat sürebilmektedir.
- Sonrasında 1 gece hastanede kalınmakta ve burnunuza gerekirse estetik mini tampon konulabilmektedir. Hastalarımız yaklaşık bir haftalık atel uygulamasını takiben ileriki kontrole çağrılmaktadır. Ameliyat sonrası oluşabilecek hafif morluk ve ufak şişlikler çok kısa süre içinde gerilemektedir ve atel çıktığında burundaki değişim hemen gözlenmektedir. Burnun son şeklini alması ise 6 ay ila 1 sene arasını bulabilmektedir.
